On the morning of September 10, the Guotai Center (Kinetic Tower) project held its topping-out ceremony. More than a hundred people attended the ceremony, including directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel from Jiangsu Guotai and Ruijia New Materials, chairpersons, general managers, executive deputy general managers from various subsidiaries, and department heads from the headquarters, as well as representatives from Huasheng and Guosheng companies, and representatives from the project’s design, construction, and supervision teams. The ceremony was presided over by President Chen Xiaodong of the group, with Executive Vice President Jin Zhijiang and Vice President Wang Wei delivering speeches on behalf of the two resident companies, Huasheng and Guosheng.

The Guotai Center (Kinetic Tower) project is a key initiative of the group, focusing on long-term development and accelerating its transformation and upgrade. It actively integrates into the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy and aims to build a one-stop platform that includes R&D design, a big data control center, a staff cultural and sports center, and office clusters. The project covers an area of 43.2 acres, stands 154.5 meters high with 33 floors above ground and 2 underground floors, and has a total construction area of 137,000 square meters. Once completed, the project will accommodate over 2,000 cadres and employees, and will be linked with the Guotai Shanghai Center. With high-speed rail providing direct access within an hour, it will serve as a new engine and image for the group’s future development.

At the end of the event, group leaders Zhang Ziyan, Chen Xiaodong, Zhang Bin, Jin Zhijiang, and Wang Wei, along with Zhang Yunfa, Chairman of Defeng Construction Group, jointly celebrated the topping out of the Guotai Center (Kinetic Tower) project.
